We provide specialist electrical and  mechanical services, installing and maintaining building services in the built environment. This may include a lighting upgrade; repair or replacement of cable / fittings.

We have had the privilege to work in and on some of the country’s most prestigious buildings with recent projects including the complete upgrade of the architectural lighting and Christmas lights within the spire of the shard, assistance with the installation on the first four bridges of the illuminated river, Putney Bridge lighting upgrade, new cable installation for the cooling systems of a number of hotels and providing access solutions to the telecommunication industry.

The team members are trained in many forms of access not exclusively rope access but also IPAF, PASMA and confined space. We may specialise in work at height and difficult access work but we do also carry out works within normal site constraints using conventional means.
